			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>SAO PAULO, Oct. 27, 2011 (RISI) - One of Brazil&#8217;s largest paper distributors, Branac, has launched a new website to present its portfolio and market its foreign trade division, offering services for paper import and export. The company is the Brazilian branch of the North-American group Central National-Gottesman, which has offices in 26 cities in the USA and at 22 different countries around the globe. In Brazil, the company has been active since 1961.</p>
<p>According to Central National Latin America&#8217;s general director, Arthur Gonoretzky, the new website has a Portuguese and an English version. &#8220;This is a special moment to Branac as it will allow our clients to know us better and count on us to purchase products from the main global producers,&#8221; the executive stated.</p>

<p>To lead the new business segment, Scott Griffin will be joining Central National from Perry H. Koplik &amp; Sons, Inc., where he was instrumental in the development of a significant tissue business. Mr. Griffin will be Director of Tissue Sales at Central National, reporting to Warren Pullen-Senior Vice President. Mr. Griffin’s primary responsibility will be to source and sell parent tissue rolls to independent converters of tissue and toweling in North America. Mr. Griffin has the full support of Michael Koplik, CEO of Perry H. Koplik &amp; Sons, Inc., who will be helping to ensure a smooth transition of Koplik’s existing tissue business to Central National.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>PURCHASE, New York, August 18, 2011 – Continuing the strategic expansion of its business in Turkey, Central National-Gottesman Inc. (CNG) announced that its European subsidiary, Central National-Gottesman Europe GmbH, has acquired an 80% ownership interest in Tradera S.A, a leading supplier of wood pulp and packaging materials to the Turkish and Greek markets.</p>
<p>The company will operate as “Central National Dis Ticaret A.S.”and will eventually change its name to “Central National Turkey”, subject to the provisions of Turkish law. As part of the agreement, Central National Europe has the options to purchase the company’s remaining shares at a later date.</p>
<p>“Founded by Mr. Osman Tokat, Tradera has become onte of the most respected suppliers of wood pulp and corrugating materials in Turkey,” said Ken Wallach, Chairman and Chief Executive of Central National-Gottesman Inc. “We are pleased that Osman Tokat, who has been our long time sales agent, will continue to lead Central National Turkey as its Managing Director, and we are delighted to welcome him and his excellent team of sales and support professionals into the Central National organization.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>PURCHASE, New York, March 1, 2011&#8211;Central National-Gottesman Inc. today announced that its Lindenmeyr Munroe division has acquired the assets and business of Hudson Valley Paper Company, one of upstate New York and New England&#8217;s oldest and most respected fine paper merchants.  Hudson Valley is headquartered in Albany, NY, where it maintains its principal warehouse and administrative offices.  The company also operates warehouses and sales offices in Rochester, NY; Burlington, VT; and Hartford, CT.</p>

Previously she worked at Papernet Ltda., a Colombian fine paper trading company and held various positions with Vidrio Muran S.A and Inextra S.A (Procter &amp; Gamble Colombia). Alexandra will report to Arthur Gonoretzky, our Managing Director of Latin America.</p>
